Changelog
A running log of what we shipped — AI workflows, integrations, runbook updates, and the compliance audits that keep the plumbing front desk conservative. Edited in place each month; if something here matters to your shop, ask and we'll send the long version.

The card at the top carries a “Latest update” badge. Below it, the same format — date, a one-line tagline, the short story, and the highlights when there are several. Nothing I'd call a roadmap (those come with caveats); this is the log of what actually shipped.
August 2026
Multi-tech scheduling now supports two-truck and three-truck shops so the receptionist books the right crew against real availability — not a single shared slot. The after-hours job confirmation runbook was updated to cover edge cases that came up over the summer. SOC 2 Type II recertification completed with no exceptions.
July 2026
The review-ask SMS sequence now runs automatically — with a DNC and opt-out preflight on every send. The CRM outcome taxonomy picked up two new codes that came up repeatedly in plumbing calls. A new integration was added for a major field-service dispatch platform; the integration page lists it as a category rather than a vendor name until the rollout is fully validated.
June 2026
Water-heater calls are tighter now — the intent-detection refinements cut average handle time on water-heater quote requests, and the receptionist spots replacement-versus-repair sooner. The TCPA posture was audited end-to-end with no findings.
May 2026
Call-routing logic got a focused pass — after-hours queues now route to on-call more reliably, and the overlap where two handoffs fired on the same call has been closed. Missed-call text-back latency came down, and the appointment-reminder window was tuned based on the data from the last quarter of reminders.
April 2026
Google and Outlook two-way calendar sync shipped to Starter tier — previously Growth-only — so a single-truck shop can run the same live booking surface as a multi-truck shop. The weekly KPI digest format was refreshed so the owner reads the booking-rate and lost-reason breakdown first and the raw counts second.
March 2026
The quiet-hours and Do-Not-Call runtime guard was audited line by line and tightened where it was leaving gaps on state-specific lists. The FAQ training corpus picked up a substantial drain-and-sewer expansion — mainline cable, hydro-jet, and camera/snake pricing patterns that previously fell through to a human handoff.
